Our founding partner, Mona has spent more than 20 years helping global organisations transform – always focusing and never compromising on her fundamental belief that business is all about the people. People-centricity is embedded at the core of Mona’s consulting practise and understanding human behavior and potential is her research project. Mona is a combinational thinker and brings a holistic and diversified perspective to her engagements that’s rooted in her diverse education spanning journalism, photo documentary, philosophy and business.
Mona holds a MSc in Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School. Her first career was as a professional photographer for several of Norway’s largest daily newspapers. A bibliophile with diverse cultural interests, Mona’s biggest passion is spending time with her two wonderful children and almost equally wonderful dog, Coco.

With more than two decades of management consultancy experience from several of the world’s best-known firms, Rasmus is intimately acquainted in the art of supporting global executive teams on their change journeys.
Since 2015, Rasmus has specialised in pricing and today he helps our clients navigate the discipline to secure a better bottom line. He’s the author of the book ‘Accelerating Growth with a Corporate Garage’, works as a guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, and is a sought-after conference speaker. Rasmus holds a MSc in Business Administration & Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School and Norwegian Business School. Away from the office, Rasmus loves outdoor adventures with his friends, family and dog, or using the wind, water or snow to move fast.

Niko Muttilainen

Niko brings deep internationalisation and go-to-market expertise to our strategy and transformation projects. He also makes sure our own offering stays on point by honing our value propositions, sharpening how and what we deliver to clients, and keeping our working environment current and collaborative.
Before joining us in 2018, Niko spent a few years building and internationalising a business banking fintech. We also benefit from his experience in healthcare M&A and legal industry consulting. He holds two MSc degrees, one in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and another in International Management from CEMS at the University of St.Gallen.
Niko loves live music and has even toured Europe with his psychedelic rock band. Which is why we don’t let him go near the office playlist.

With an interest in innovation, strategic challenges and strong client relations, Celine has a passion for finding simple solutions to complicated problems. With experience from the world of big heavy corporates, she has seen both the perspective of local subsidiaries and global headquarters and thrives in the interplay between big strategic visions and operationally viable deployments.
Prior to joining Core & Company in February 2021, Celine worked with the deployment of global IT systems, she worked for an independent innovation hub thinking above and beyond established business models, and lastly, she worked on deployment of commercial processes across country subsidiaries.
All in all, Celine drives efficient project management with an eagerness to think new and challenge status quo.

With a deep experience, and passion, within the strategy- and management consulting world, Philip joined Core & Company in 2021 after two years in a global corporate strategy consultancy working on large core strategy projects, post-merger integrations and commercial due diligences. Previously, he has been part of the Danish start-up and Venture Capital scene – an environment his heart is still beating heavily for.
Philip holds a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School. When he is not making a difference for our clients, Philip is busy monitoring the financial markets closely or playing football. Actually, he has been an expert in Denmark’s largest radio-program about investing with more than 400.000 monthly listeners while playing semi-professional football in Denmark – quite cool.

Martin served as a constable in the Danish Navy before joining us and is currently completing a BSc in International Business at Copenhagen Business School. His focus is on operationalising strategic change and helps our clients with practical measures that ensure change is rooted in every level of the organisation.
In his own time, Martin loves indulging a newfound passion for classical literature though it comes a close second to enjoying time with friends.

Like all our Junior Consultants, Katrine plays a hands-on role in client work, preparing and facilitating workshops, and other key analysis and research tasks. Before joining the team, Katrine interned at LEGO and also spent time working with digitalisation projects at a Copenhagen-based digital consultancy. She has lived and studied in both the US and China and loves running, wine and exploring new cultures: “Dream holiday? Probably drinking a good wine with a view of the vineyards somewhere in Italy.”

- Supporting Partners and Managers with client relationship building, and managing projects internally and externally
- Analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, structuring and communicating complex challenges in simple terms, and developing and presenting recommendations to client executive teams
- Supporting Consultants and Junior Consultants in their daily development – pushing Core & Company forward

- +2 years of experience working with commercial disciplines, innovation, organisational design or transformation – preferably from a top tier consultancy or an internal consultant role in a large company
